464.060 Wagering outside enclosure or licensed establishment prohibited. All other forms of wagering or betting on the results of any of the races or events licensed under this chapter outside the enclosure or establishment where the races, events or off-track pari-mutuel wagering are licensed by the Nevada Gaming Commission are illegal.
