484B.007  “Administrative roadblock” defined.  “Administrative roadblock” means any structure, device or means used by police officers to control all traffic through a point on the highway whereby all vehicles may be slowed or stopped for a lawful purpose other than identifying the occupants of the vehicles or an emergency.
