Statutes > Nevada > Title-43 > Chapter-489 > General-provisions > 489-081489.081 “Distributor” defined. “Distributor” means any person who engages in the sale and distribution of manufactured homes, mobile homes, manufactured buildings, commercial coaches or factory-built housing for resale.
