490.085  Revolving Account for the Administration of Off-Highway Vehicle Titling and Registration: Creation; use of money in Account. [Effective 1 year after the date the Interim Finance Committee issues a notice to the Department of Motor Vehicles that adequate money is available to begin registering off-highway vehicles or on July 1, 2011, whichever is sooner, and expires by limitation on July 1, 2011, if such notice is not given before that date.]

      1.  The Revolving Account for the Administration of Off-Highway Vehicle Titling and Registration is hereby created as a special account in the Motor Vehicle Fund.

      2.  The Department shall use the money in the Account to pay the expenses of administering the provisions of this chapter relating to the titling and registration of off-highway vehicles.

      3.  Money in the Account must be used only for the purposes specified in subsection 2.

      4.  Any money remaining in the Account at the end of the fiscal year does not revert to the State General Fund, and the balance in the Account must be carried forward to the next fiscal year.
