616A.055 “Association of self-insured public employers” defined. “Association of self-insured public employers” means a nonprofit, unincorporated association composed of five or more public employers that has been issued a certificate by the Commissioner and is subject to the provisions of NRS 616B.350 to 616B.446, inclusive.
