Statutes > Nevada > Title-53 > Chapter-616a > General-provisions > 616a-350616A.350 “Trade, business, profession or occupation of his or her employer” defined. “Trade, business, profession or occupation of his or her employer” includes all services tending toward the preservation, maintenance or operation of the business, business premises, or business property of the employer.
