634.093 Submission of fingerprints by applicants. Each applicant for a license to practice chiropractic or to practice as a chiropractor’s assistant must submit to the Board a complete set of fingerprints which the Board may forward to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report.
