Statutes > Nevada > Title-57 > Chapter-687a > 687a-130687A.130 Association tax exempt; exception. The Association is exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this State or any of its subdivisions, except taxes:
1. Levied on real or personal property; or
2. Imposed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 363A or 363B of NRS.
