Statutes > Nevada > Title-57 > Chapter-688c > General-provisions > 688c-070688C.070 “Policy” defined. “Policy” means an individual or group policy, group certificate, contract or arrangement of life insurance affecting the rights of a person, whether or not delivered or issued for delivery in this state.
