689C.240  Use of industry classifications as rating factor.  A carrier serving small employers may utilize industry classifications as a rating factor in establishing premium rates, but the highest rate factor associated with any industry classification may not exceed the lowest rate factor associated with any industry classification by more than 20 percent.
