Statutes > Nevada > Title-57 > Chapter-690a > 690a-0135690A.0135 “Credit accident and health insurance” defined. “Credit accident and health insurance” means insurance on a debtor to provide indemnity for payments or debt becoming due on a specific loan or other credit transaction while the debtor is disabled as defined in the policy.
