Statutes > Nevada > Title-57 > Chapter-692a > General-provisions > 692a-021692A.021 “Applicant” defined. “Applicant” means a person, whether or not a prospective insured, who applies to a title insurer or its agent for title insurance and who, at the time of the application, is not an agent for a title insurer.
