696B.260  Service of process.  A certified copy of any order to show cause issued under NRS 696B.250, and a copy of the petition upon which the order is made, must be served upon the insurer by delivering the same to its president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, director, agent for service of process, or to its managing agent, or attorney-in-fact, if a reciprocal insurer. If no such officer or functionary can readily be found in this State, then such process may be served upon the insurer by service thereof upon the Commissioner pursuant to NRS 680A.250 and 680A.260, and in which case the additional 10 days provided by subsection 3 of NRS 680A.260 does not apply.
