Statutes > Nevada > Title-58 > Chapter-704 > General-provisions > 704-018704.018 “Provider of last resort” defined. “Provider of last resort” means the telecommunication provider designated by the regulations of the Commission to provide basic network service and business line service to any person requesting and eligible to receive telephone service in a particular service territory.
