Statutes > Nevada > Title-58 > Chapter-704 > General-provisions > 704-027704.027 “Telecommunication provider” or “telephone company” defined. “Telecommunication provider” or “telephone company” means any person required to obtain from the Commission a certificate of public convenience and necessity pursuant to NRS 704.330 to provide telecommunication service.
