Statutes > Nevada > Title-58 > Chapter-711 > General-provisions > 711-060711.060 “Facility” defined. “Facility” means all real property, antennae, poles, wires, cables, conduits, amplifiers, instruments, appliances, fixtures and other personal property used by a video service provider to provide service to its subscribers.
