Statutes > Nevada > Title-58 > Chapter-711 > General-provisions > 711-070711.070 “Highway” defined. “Highway” means every street, road, alley, thoroughfare, way or place of any kind used by the public or open to the use of the public as a matter of right for the purpose of vehicular traffic.
