Statutes > Nevada > Title-58 > Chapter-711 > General-provisions > 711-072711.072 “Incumbent cable operator” defined. “Incumbent cable operator” means any cable operator, community antenna television company or other video service provider that, on June 4, 2007, is providing video service in this State pursuant to a local franchise.
