Statutes > Nevada > Title-7 > Chapter-87a > General-provisions > 87a-07587A.075 “Person” defined. “Person” means any natural person, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, limited-liability company, association, joint venture, government, governmental subdivision, agency or instrumentality, any public corporation or any other legal or commercial entity.
