Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEI > CHAPTER12-A > 12-A-2-fThere is established a committee to review the distribution and expenditure of funds in accordance with RSA 12-A:2-e. The committee shall be composed of the following:
I. The speaker of the house of representatives.
II. Two members of the house finance committee, appointed by the speaker of the house.
III. The president of the senate.
IV. Two members of the senate finance committee, appointed by the senate president.
V. The commissioner of the department of resources and economic development, or designee.
