Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEI > CHAPTER14 > 14-20The compensation of the clerk of the house shall be set at a rate to be determined by the house subcommittee of the legislative facilities committee as established by RSA 17-E:5. He shall be a legislative employee under the direction of the speaker of the house who shall determine what days the clerk shall be in attendance.
