Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEI > CHAPTER14 > 14-27-aIn the event a member of the general court shall die after being sworn and while the general court is in regular session, the treasurer is directed and authorized to pay, upon demand and filing of a record of death with the secretary of state, to the surviving spouse, and if there be none, to the estate of such deceased member the balance of his compensation.
