Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEI > CHAPTER5 > 5-2-aThe secretary of state may appoint a senior deputy secretary of state who shall serve for not more than 90 days in any one fiscal year. The senior deputy secretary of state appointed under this section shall exercise the duties and functions delegated to him, and all duties and functions exercised by him while so acting shall have the same validity and effect as though performed by the secretary of state.
