Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEII > CHAPTER28 > 28-12The county commissioners may adopt rules and regulations for the governing and administration of county departments of corrections, including county farms, county nursing homes, county welfare offices and any other county departments under the jurisdiction of the county commissioners.
