Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEIII > CHAPTER31 > 31-120The declared purpose of this subdivision is to enable municipalities to establish central business service districts in high density areas of predominantly commercial uses to provide property services at a more intensive level than is provided in the balance of the municipality; to provide funds for capital expenditures of not more than $20,000 per project; and to authorize the establishment of charges to owners of property within such central business service districts in an amount not to exceed the costs to the municipality of providing such services at levels over and above those provided in the balance of the municipality.
