Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEIII > CHAPTER31 > 31-41Towns shall have the power to make bylaws relating to the regulation and licensing of open-air motion picture theatres within the limits of the town, and may fix reasonable fees for the operation of said theatres, and failure to conform to such bylaws shall constitute a violation and any fines collected hereunder shall inure to such uses as said towns may direct.
