Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEIII > CHAPTER31 > 31-41-dTowns may adopt bylaws regulating and licensing the location and operation of coin operated amusement devices, including pinball machines. Bylaws may include, without limitation because of enumeration, provisions governing: hours of operation; use by persons under a specified age; numbers of devices allowed; reasonable license fees; and parking and building requirements. Any person who violates such a bylaw shall be guilty of a violation.
