Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEIII > CHAPTER35 > 35-13When a capital reserve fund is established by a school or village district, the same duties shall devolve upon the clerk of the school or village district, the members of the school board or the commissioners of the village district, the treasurer of the school district or the treasurer of the village district, as are prescribed in RSA 35:11 and 35:12 for the corresponding town officers.
