Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLELI > CHAPTER490 > 490-5-dThe commission shall rate each court inspected as herein provided as ""accredited-excellent'', ""accredited-satisfactory'', ""not accredited'' or give each court a rating established by the commission which substantially reflects these rating categories, in accordance with the criteria set forth in RSA 490:5-c. The commission rating shall be a matter of public record and shall be transmitted in written form to each court.
