Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLELII > CHAPTER511 > 511-12The creditor, or the officer serving the writ, may demand of the person entitled to the redemption or purchase money an account, under oath, of the amount due him, and if such an account is not rendered within 15 days thereafter, or a false account is rendered, the interest of the person entitled to the redemption or purchase money in such real estate shall, as against the attachment and the rights acquired under it, cease.
