Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLELII > CHAPTER511 > 511-3Real estate may be attached on a writ of mesne process by the officer, the plaintiff, his attorney or any other person leaving an attested copy thereof, and of his return of the attachment thereon, at the office or the dwelling house of the register of deeds of the county in which the real estate is situated.
