In the case of an order to recognize for appearance before the superior court, the district or municipal court shall cause true and attested copies of the complaint, other process, records and recognizances, together with any cash bail in the case, to be mailed or delivered to the clerk of the superior court of the county or judicial district thereof within 10 days after the date of such order for recognizance. A true and attested copy of the complaint or other process shall also be mailed or delivered to the county attorney and the state probation office for the county within said 10 days.
