Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLELV > CHAPTER546-B > 546-B-4A tribunal of this state exercising personal jurisdiction over a nonresident under RSA 546-B:3 may apply RSA 546-B:27 relative to special rules of evidence and procedure, to receive evidence from another state, and RSA 546-B:29, relative to assistance with discovery, to obtain discovery through a tribunal of another state. In all other respects, Articles 3 through 7, RSA 546-B:12-53, do not apply, and the tribunal shall apply the procedural and substantive law of this state, including the rules on choice of law other than those established by this chapter.
