In case administration be taken in this state on the estate of a person who was at his decease an inhabitant of another state, if such person died insolvent, his estate found in this state shall, so far as practicable, be so disposed of by decree of the judge that all his creditors, here and elsewhere, may receive an equal share in proportion to their respective debts.
