Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLELX > CHAPTER621 > 621-7The commissioner shall adopt and may amend bylaws for the governance of the center and for the management of its concerns, and shall prescribe in the bylaws the powers and duties of the persons connected with the center, in conformity with the rules of the department of personnel.
