   I. There is established a state confinement facility for female prisoners which shall be called the New Hampshire state prison for women.
   II. The New Hampshire state prison for women shall be under the superintendence of a warden. The warden shall serve at the pleasure of the commissioner of corrections and shall be an unclassified employee qualified by education and experience.
   III. The operation of the New Hampshire state prison for women and the inmates confined to the New Hampshire state prison for women shall be governed by the same laws, rules and regulations which govern the state prisons for men and inmates of the state prisons for men, except as otherwise specified by law.
