Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLELXII > CHAPTER651 > 651-36-aThe county commissioners of any county may authorize the superintendent of the county correctional facility to make arrangements with officials of a city or town to have prisoners from the county correctional facilities perform uncompensated public service at municipality-owned grounds or property. Prisoners sent from the county correctional facility shall be in the custody of the superintendent of county correctional facilities or designee.
