An armed services voter or federal overseas citizen voter who is domiciled outside the United States qualified to vote in New Hampshire may request an absentee ballot by completing a federal post card application form provided by the United States government, and sending it to the town or city clerk of his or her last domicile. The applicant may request an absentee ballot for all elections in which he or she is qualified to cast a ballot during the calendar year.
