If any administrator at Laconia developmental services, New Hampshire hospital, New Hampshire Veterans' home or the Glencliff home is sued by a resident or his legal representative on the grounds that he has not been compensated for services rendered in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, Public Law 93-259, as now in effect or as hereafter amended, the attorney general shall defend the action and if a judgment is rendered against the administrator it shall be paid by the state.
