Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEX > CHAPTER132 > 132-1The department of health and human services may provide instruction, advice and such services as the commissioner may deem necessary for children with special health care needs, and to protect and promote the physical health of women in their child-bearing years and their infants and children.
