Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEX > CHAPTER137-G > 137-G-6In administering the catastrophic illness program, the commissioner shall require that an eligible individual suffering from a catastrophic illness or the person liable for the debts of that individual make payments as may be commensurate with their financial capacity; provided that no payment shall be required if the commissioner determines that the eligible individual is indigent.
