Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEX > CHAPTER143-A > 143-A-2The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that the health of the public is protected from the consumption of food contaminated by food service establishments or retail food stores during storage, preparation, service, or display, and to ensure that food service establishments and retail food stores have adequate facilities for the storage, preparation, service, or display of food.
