Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEX > CHAPTER145 > 145-15The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:
I. Licenses issued under RSA 145:3.
II. The use of marks, tags, labels, and signs.
III. A schedule of administrative fines which may be imposed under RSA 145:17 for violation of this chapter or the rules adopted pursuant to it.
IV. Procedures for notice and hearing prior to the imposition of an administrative fine imposed under RSA 145:17.
V. Any other matter necessary for the administration of this chapter.
