Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXL > CHAPTER433 > 433-11Any grower of plants or seeds approved by the commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food may make application to the commissioner for inspection and certification of his plant or seed crop under such rules as the commissioner may adopt under RSA 541-A. The commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food or his authorized agent shall issue such certificates of inspection and designate or provide such official tags for marking certified plants or certified seeds and establish such standards of grade and quality as are necessary to safeguard the privileges and services provided for in this subdivision.
