Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXL > CHAPTER434 > 434-51All bonds, mortgages or other securities required and furnished under the provisions of this subdivision shall be given to the commissioner as trustee of the person furnishing the same, for each and all of the patrons in this state, and shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of such person of all the acts prescribed for, and all the conditions imposed upon, such person by this subdivision.
