If no marked physical indications of tuberculosis have developed, such animals may be sold for immediate slaughter in any slaughterhouse under rules adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A by the commissioner of the department of health and human services, or in accordance with rules and regulations of the Bureau of Animal Industry of the United States under the federal meat inspection laws.
