Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXL > CHAPTER437 > 437-16Stores, shops, vendors, and others offering chicks, ducklings, goslings, or rabbits younger than 4 weeks of age for sale, raffle, or as a prize, premium, or advertising device, or displaying chicks, ducklings, goslings, or rabbits to the public, shall provide and operate brooders or other heating devices that may be necessary to maintain the chicks, ducklings, goslings, or rabbits in good health, and shall keep adequate food and water available to the birds or animals at all times.
