Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXLIII > CHAPTER458-B > 458-B-9Nothing in this chapter precludes a judge upon petition of a party or sua sponte from ordering an immediate income assignment without accrual of arrearages, when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the child, obligee, or obligor to do so. A judicial order under the terms of this chapter will satisfy all due process required by this chapter.
