Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXV > CHAPTER193 > 193-26Notwithstanding any statutory provisions or rule of law to the contrary, any minor who contracts to borrow money to defray the expenses of attending any institution of higher education shall have full legal capacity to act in the minor's own behalf and shall have all the rights, powers, and privileges and be subject to the obligations of persons of full age with respect to any such contracts.
