Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXX > CHAPTER228 > 228-58After acquiring said railroad lines within the state of New Hampshire, the commissioner, with approval of governor and council, is authorized to assist any responsible person, firm or corporation to secure as promptly as possible after such events, from the interstate commerce commission, any order or certificate required for the performance of railroad service and to give in connection therewith such assurances or guarantees as, in his opinion, may be necessary or desirable to carry out the purposes of this subdivision.
